Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns on products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Products that are perishable, such as fruits and vegetables, must be reported as damaged or unsatisfactory within 24 hours of delivery.

For electronic products, any manufacturer's seals and packaging must remain unopened.

Personal care products must be unopened and in their original packaging due to hygiene reasons.

The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods, except for cases of damage or quality issues.

Products that have been opened or used, except for items with manufacturing defects.

Items not in their original packaging.

Alcoholic beverages, except for cases of damage or defects.

Returns Process:
